What is Bold360?

Bold360 is an intelligent customer engagement solution that provides businesses with actionable customer insights to efficiently deliver richer and more personalized experiences in real time. Bold360 provides live chat, email, messaging and social channels needed to engage and support consumers across self-service and agent assisted interactions. It presents agents with the full context of those interactions and quick access to support tools like remote access, file transfer and co-browse all through a single pane of glass. This unified experience simplifies the agent workflow and provide them with a complete view of each customer – improving contact center efficiencies and delivering better customer experiences that build loyalty, advocacy and grow share of wallet. Bold360 is not a public chat room, and we can’t even point you in the right direction if that’s what you’re looking for.

What is the difference between BoldChat and Bold360?

Bold360 is an evolution from BoldChat’s customer engagement platform. BoldChat supported multiple channels, but did so in siloed environments. Bold360 will evolve to more than just an omni-channel solution to become a platform that your business can use to gain actionable insights about your customers. Bold360 presents previous customer interactions across all channels and data from remote systems and will do this by spanning the entire spectrum of engagement channels with intelligent tools to extract knowledge from every interaction.

How does it work? Is it hard to set up?

If you can cut and paste, you can set up Bold360. Once set up with an account, we provide a snippet of HTML that you will generate within the application and add to your website to create a chat button. Your website visitors can then click on the chat button to initiate chats, and your agents can manage chats and other interactions from email and social channels using our flexible web-based application accessible from any browser. You can field multiple interactions with different visitors at the same time, but rest assured, each interaction is a private conversation between you and each visitor.

How much does it cost and how is it priced?

Bold360 is priced according to a per-concurrent-license model. For example, you might purchase two licenses, but set up five total agent logins. In this case, only two of the five agents can be logged in at the same time. View all of our pricing for details.

Are there any setup fees or contracts to sign?

No and no. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts. Our annual contracts allow you to take advantage of a pretty sweet pricing discount vs. month-to-month.

Do you offer professional services? How much are they?
