To get a better understanding of the habits and preferences of today’s online shoppers, we launched a comprehensive survey to get a pulse on consumer attitudes and preferences. Working in partnership with Research Now SSI, LogMeIn surveyed over 1,000 US consumers who frequently shop online. The survey dug into three categories – Internet Shopping Habits, Customer Engagement, and AI-powered Customer Experience.
